Relay Logic Systems

A relay logic circuit is an electrical network consisting of conductors, or rungs, in which each conductor or rung must have continuity to enable the output device.

Most industrial machinery has some form of relay logic circuit to make it work.

To list a few components in this massive range of control system.

Contactors and relays

A contactor is an electrically controlled switch used for switching an electrical power circuit. A contactor is typically controlled by a circuit which has a much lower power level than the switched circuit, such as a 24-volt coil electromagnet controlling a 230-volt motor switch. Relays are switches that open and close circuits electromechanically or electronically. Relays control one electrical circuit by opening and closing contacts in another circuit.

Digital inputs and outputs

A digital signal is a signal that exists in one of two states: high or low, open or closed, on or off. A digital input/output (DIO) device is hardware that sends or receives these digital signals. DIO devices are usually built around simple relays such as reed relays.

Analog inputs and outputs

Analog input signals can represent such items as temperature or level or rate of flow. Analog output signals are also variable and can be used for such things as opening a valve to a desired position. Then, an analog signal is something like telling how much the door is open (or closed).

LCD display controllers

They are responsible for converting input signals into the correct format for the specific display panel being used, and for controlling the timing and voltage levels of the signals to ensure the proper operation of the display.

Wiring

We are qualified electricians with extensive experience in wiring circuits and fault find on wiring circuit to fulfill your needs.

Safety circuits

A safety circuit is a chain of linked operating equipment that serves to protect the operator or other persons, the environment or the operating resources. In case of an error, the security circuit will be interrupted immediately. As soon as it is interrupted, the test procedure will be stopped.

Control circuits

A control circuit is a special type of circuit used to control the operation of a completely separate power circuit.

Main circuits

The main circuit is the main power circuit from the source to the device that uses the power.

Switches

An electric switch is an electrical component that breaks or closes an electric circuit. Opening the switch (breaking the circuit) means turning off the electrical device and closing the switch (completing the circuit) allows an electrical current to flow so that the device is on.

Timers

A timer is a small device that automatically opens and closes an electrical circuit for a specific period of time. In short, we can say that it allows you to program the on/off switching of different devices in a simple and straightforward manner.
