Sewage pump replacement

Industrial Pumps

Transferring liquid from one place to another is an everyday occurrence in any industrial environment. We Maintain, Repair, Install and Supply

Booster pump systems

A booster pump acts as an intermediary between the water source and endpoints like taps, faucets, and showers. A booster pump takes in water from the source and pressurises it to get the desired pressure at the endpoints. Generally, booster pumps are not the only devices used to move water within a system.

Hot or Cold-water circulation

A circulation pump keeps hot water moving throughout the plumbing system so that it’s always available in an instant. It reroutes the cold water back to the storage tank to be heated. Basically, it creates a loop from the tap to the hot water system and back again, on a continual basis.

Process Liquid circulation

The primary advantage of liquid circulation is the ease of control over the flow rate, temperature, and pressure.

Lift well pumps

Lift well pumps are used under building lifts to ensure that there is no groundwater under the lift shafts. We use submersible pumps to pump out any water that may collect in the lift shaft. We commonly use the Davies Pump 240-SSX-300-AC in these applications.

Sewage transfer

Sewage pump systems are used to transport waste from areas below the main sewer line, like basements or when the sewer line lacks sufficient slope. They push waste from spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry rooms to the main sewer line at street level. These systems are also necessary when sewer lines are too long and don’t have the proper gradient to allow for natural drainage.

Three common types of sewage transfer pumps are:

  • Grinder pumps or Macerator pumps
  • Open impeller Vortex pumps
  • Cutter pumps

We also deal with Sani pumps AKA behind toilet sewage pumps or under bench pumps.

Wallace Multisan, Saniflo or Grundfos Sololift is some of the common types here in New Zealand

With our trade partners like Davies pumps, Lowara pumps, Bromic Pumps, and Travoli pumps we can offer any of these solutions. From Large industrial pumps to small residential sewage or septic tank transfer systems.

Sump pumps
