We installed booster pump for a customer after the old one ‘s motor failed.
Excessive heat is one of the most common reasons why pumps fail and is usually a direct result of any one (or all) of the following factors:
- Dust and dirt contamination
- Humidity and moisture
- Insufficient and/or incorrect lubrication
Maintaining your pump by ensuring the vents for your pump’s motor are kept clear, moisture is kept to a minimum and the pump motor is lubricated to the manufacturer’s specifications will go a long way to prolonging the life of your water pump.
